FORTY-EIGHT

It is making time and space each day to be with the sacred. Judith Sutera, O.S.B.

I often have to remind myself to do this. I even set a reminder in my phone. You would think this would come easily if it’s important. Unfortunately, I often think I’m too busy or I don’t have time. The truth is I don’t have time not to do this. When I make time and space to be with the sacred, my day flows. Serenity and peace come quickly. Problems get put in a healthy perspective. And I feel blessed. I feel capable of handling whatever arises.
So, I remind myself. I program reminders in my phone. And I spend time with people who also choose to make time and space for the sacred.
