Appearing Real.
Flip Everything
And Run.
Though
the last one rarely works for me, I do like the idea of just throwing
everything up in the air some days and running the other way. The only problem
is, I’m the one who has to come back and clean it up. The other two remind me
that my brain will take what it thinks is real information and feed it into a
projector that plays all the worst-case scenario type outcomes for me. They
also remind me that I can unplug the projector. I can choose to turn my focus to
something positive. I choose to do the next thing on my to do list.
