THIRTY-FOUR

Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail Better. Samuel Beckett

I have tried and failed on many occasions. I hope that when I have tried and failed again that I did fail better. That’s the whole thing about failure not really being a bad thing. There is always something to learn from it. A better way to try next time. A better way to fail and learn more.
I have a friend who is a life coach by profession. She says most of us can trace I greatest accomplishments directly back to our greatest disappointments or “failures.” I believe her. I see the truth of that in my own life and in many lives around me. It is after the hardship, after the accident, after the rejection that the better opportunity arrives. It is while I am recovering from the awful that the grand begins.
When the ferry sails away and the dock sinks, the bridge builder arrives.
